The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) College Basketball Tournament is one of the most watched sporting events in the country.  The NCAA Tournament features 65 of college basketball's best teams competing to cut down the nets and be declared College Basketball's National Champion. The NCAA Tournament consists on the 1st and 2nd Round played in various cities across the United States.  Teams that win the first two rounds advance to the regionals, sometimes referred to as the Sweet Sixteen.There are four regionals; the East Regional , the South Regional, The Midwest Regional , and the West Regional .  The winner of each Regioanl earns a birth in the Final Four .
