Although the World Series and both College and NFL Football garner much of the attention in the fall, this is also the time of year the National Basketball Association (NBA) and National Hockey League (NHL) begin the regular season.  In the NBA East the Boston Celtics will look to repeat as NBA Champs.  They will be heavily challenged by Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers , the Orlando Magic , and maybe even the Chicago Bulls with new addition Derek Rose.  In the West the Los Angeles Lakers will battle the New Orleas Hornets , Houston Rockets , and the consistent San Antionio Spurs for Western Conferense supremacy. Now is the time to plan ahead and find some great deals on NBA tickets.

Often considered the 4th major American sport, NHL Hockey has been growing in popularity in recent years.  In the NHL West, the Detroit Red Wings will look to hang on to the Stanley Cup with the young Chicago Blackhawks , San Jose Sharks , Colorado Avalanche , and the Anaheim Ducks sure to provide a challenge.  The East also has some teams that look very promising including the New York Rangers , Pittsburgh Penguins , and, of course, the Montreal Canadiens .  Although the NHL season has just begun, now is the time to find some real ticket bargains.
